We’re looking for someone who is a natural relationship-builder, organized, a team player, and will operate with integrity in all that they do. Lunova Group is a nationally recognized recruiting firm located in Moon Township, PA. ‘Recruiting’ means that we help our clients find talented candidates to fill key positions (think sales leaders, general managers, operations directors, and more!). We work on behalf of our clients who hire us to help them find stellar candidates which keep their businesses successful. Some of our team is responsible for sourcing the candidates while others manage the relationship between those candidates and client. This internship is on the candidate-facing side where you will foster authentic relationships with candidates to sell them on the idea of talking with us. Responsibilities Connect with candidates via phone, text, LinkedIn, and email Evaluate candidates’ skills and motivations via phone conversations to assess for overall fit (you’re the matchmaker between a candidate and a client) Provide detailed and accurate summaries on candidate interactions and maintain notes in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track candidate information Partner with a Recruiting Manager to help candidates advance through the hiring process Cold call candidates (yes – we will show you how) to engage them in an opportunity to speak with the team Support the team with day-to-day recruiting and administrative functions What you’ll gain Hands-on experience, supported by skilled Recruiting Managers Increase your communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Exposure to different industries and career paths Professional development (how to answer emails, respond to candidate questions, and be a part of Lunova team meetings) Requirements Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, entering Junior or Senior year Be in-person in our office in Moon Township, approximately 20 hours a week Experience with an extracurricular activity, athletic team, and/or previous employment Be comfortable talking on the phone, texting, and reaching out to candidates via LinkedIn Build relationships and solve problems Maintain organization in a fast-paced environment Have strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Benefits This is a paid internship Pathway to full time employment after graduation if appropriate Be a part of fun group activities and access to our snack bar You’ll laugh and learn a lot!
