Provide advanced expertise to support and manage day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives of all aspects of the Supply Chain strategy, material planning, sourcing, MRP execution and Supplier Performance Management. Manages a team of buyers, planners and logistics personnel to optimize key performance metrics, as well as activities related to sourcing, supplier selection, product delivery specifications, and quality.This is an on-site, collaborative working environment that offers a 9/80 schedule to include every other Friday off! (Formal schedule is M-Th, 7:00am – 4:00pm, every other Fri 7:00am – 3:00pm)To be considered for this Supply Chain Manager role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:Education & Experience: BS in Supply Chain Management or related field5 years of Supply Chain experience in Electronics and/or Circuit Card Assembly Negotiating pricing and delivery improvementsMRP systems and processesMaterials ManagementExcellent communication skills and proven ability to work cross functionally with production, quality, engineering, and customers.It would be great if you also had:Supply Chain Management experience with electronic distribution suppliers (Arrow, Avnet, DigiKey, Future, TTI, etc.)Supply Chain Management experience with printed circuit board suppliers (TTM, Summit, Somacis, Advanced Circuits, etc.)Prior experience in aerospace, defense, medical, or other highly regulated electronics manufacturing.As our Supply Chain Manager, you will add incredible value to the team by holding responsibility for:Lead and develop the site supply chain organization.
