From planning and designing residential, commercial, and municipal developments to managing large-scale grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway projects, our Site Development group provides practical, high-quality engineering solutions that directly enhance the built environment and support thriving communities.We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our collaborative and dynamic Site Development team at DCCM in Houston, TX. In this role, you will manage and oversee the planning, design, and execution of land development projects including site grading, drainage, roadways, and utility infrastructure. You will lead project teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure all deliverables meet technical, budgetary, and schedule expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of site development projects, from conceptual design through construction completion.Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management to ensure successful project delivery.Direct and review the design of site grading, drainage, paving, and utility systems using AutoCAD Civil 3D.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.Oversee the preparation of reports, plans, specifications, and permitting documents.Conduct and oversee QA/QC reviews to maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.Monitor project progress and proactively address design or coordination challenges.Coordinate internal teams and cross-disciplinary efforts to ensure seamless project execution.Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration.Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.Why Join DCCM?At DCCM, we do more than design infrastructure—we build resilient systems that support public health, environmental quality, and economic growth.
