Member Experience & Services Coordinator

Santa Monica Family YMCA is seeking a Membership Coordinator to execute daily member services tasks and help communicate YMCA mission and programs. You will support the Membership Director, manage routine communications, and contribute to a positive member experience. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in membership or customer service, and CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
