Warehouse Lead

We emphasize transparency and open communication to deliver results and do the right thing. Responsibilities Lead pre‑shift meetings and conduct stretching exercises before each shift. Perform safety observations and address any concerns immediately. Support management and communicate effectively with leadership. Coach and train team members to improve performance. Manage yard marshalling duties and oversee a specified area to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations. Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles using a forklift, pallet jack, or hand. Assist in all aspects of receiving, unloading, loading, or moving operations within a warehouse facility, working independently or with minimal supervision. Interact positively with customer staff and outside delivery personnel. Requirements High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic; ability to work in a fast‑paced and physical environment. Capable of lifting and carrying 25–75 lbs. Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
