We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver to join our team at Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square, a top-rated healthcare and rehabilitation center in Maricopa County, Arizona. As a Certified Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

About the Role:

As a Certified Caregiver, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress

• Assisting with mealtime, including feeding and hydration

• Participating in resident activities and support group sessions

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors

Requirements:

• Currently certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents safely and comfortably

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required)
