Homewood Suites is actively recruiting for a General Manager to lead and elevate our teams in beautiful Colorado Springs. The General Manager directs all aspects of hotel operations and revenue and creates a vision that inspires hotel associates to exceed guest expectations, while simultaneously controlling costs and expenses to achieve the hotel’s financial objectives. Your Impact: Lead all hotel operations, from guest service to financial management. Drive guest satisfaction with inspiring leadership and vision. Ensure brand standards, cost control, and sustainability efforts. What You Bring: Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills. Knowledge of hotel operations, marketing, safety, and budgeting. Flexibility, proactive problem-solving, and a hands-on approach.
