LNP Position at Home Health Services of Virginia

Join Home Health Services of Virginia as an LNP working a consistent 9AM to 5PM shift, Monday through Friday. Enjoy a balanced work schedule with no holidays and no weekends, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing exceptional care to our patients in Glen Allen, VA.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in a home health setting according to patient care plans.
Monitor patients health status and progress, reporting any changes promptly.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
Educate patients and their families about care techniques and health management.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in the state of Virginia.
Valid LPN license without restrictions or disciplinary actions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively.
Prior experience in home health care or a related nursing field preferred.
Reliable transportation to patients homes in Glen Allen, VA.
