A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER
In this full-time position, you play a vital role in the success of our auto company. As customers come in, you warmly welcome them and assist with any questions or concerns. The majority of your time is spent answering phones, scheduling appointments, ordering parts, advising customers, managing loaner vehicles, taking payments, and checking customers in and out. Your calm demeanor and strong customer service skills aid you in this position. You also lend a helping hand wherever needed and enjoy seeing your efforts keep our company operating on an efficient level!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RECEPTIONIST / CASHIER
Polite and positive attitude
Auto-related experience is required
Can you effectively prioritize multiple tasks? Do you have solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills? Do you present yourself professionally? If yes, you might just be perfect for this full-time position!
