Machine Learning Research Engineer

To contribute to the development of next-generation AI models, the remote, contract-based Machine Learning Research Engineer will onboard open-source models, build data-curation pipelines, and implement techniques from machine learning research. Key Responsibilities Onboard open-source machine learning models and integrate them into internal workflows Build data-curation pipelines using open-source ML models Implement techniques and models described in machine learning research papers Required Qualifications Master's degree or PhD in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 6+ years of equivalent experience in research engineering, machine learning engineering, or systems/software engineering involving ML implementation At least 2 years of hands-on machine learning experience Strong programming experience with Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch Proficiency in writing SQL queries and experience processing large-scale datasets
