Monday-Friday schedule

8:00 AM — 5:00 PM

No nights No weekends No holiday rotation

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily nursing operations within outpatient primary care clinic Support clinical workflow efficiency and operational consistency Manage and mentor nursing staff within collaborative team environment Partner with executive leadership regarding operational initiatives and clinical support strategies Maintain high-quality patient care standards and regulatory compliance Assist with staffing coordination and workflow optimization

REQUIREMENTS

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license REQUIRED Minimum 5 years RN experience REQUIRED Prior lead nurse or supervisory experience REQUIRED Primary care or outpatient clinical experience preferred Strong leadership and workflow management skills REQUIRED Comfortable overseeing nursing operations and staff support REQUIRED Strong communication and team collaboration skills REQUIRED #J-18808-Ljbffr Purple Cow Recruiting
