Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: L&D Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 1900 - 0730 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience License: Valid RN state license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, AWHONN, CPI, NRP Must-Have: - Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery settings - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Description: As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to mothers and newborns during the labor and delivery process. You will assess patients’ conditions and monitor vital signs throughout labor. You will assist with deliveries and provide immediate care to newborns. You will educate patients and families about the labor and delivery process. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care. You will maintain accurate patient records and documentation. You will engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills.
