Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner

Coverage: As soon as credentialed - September 30, 2026
Location: Greenville, South Carolina

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 4:30 PM
• Call: Tuesday, 4:30 PM 8:00 AM, Friday, 4:30 PM Monday 8:00 AM
• On-site rounding every Saturday & Sunday
• Call rotation every 5 6 weeks

Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric

Practice Mix:

• 65% Benign Hematology
• 35% Malignant Oncology
• Practice Environment
• Free-standing cancer center with a collaborative team of:8
• Physicians, 4 APPs
• Outpatient Volume: 15 patients/day
• Inpatient Rounding (Call Weeks): 20 patients/day
• EMR: EPIC

Scope of Work:

• Management of bone marrow transplant patients
• Blood bank coordination
• Ordering labs, imaging, diagnostics
• Prescribing & ongoing treatment management
• Chemotherapy is administered by oncology nurses

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology
• Active South Carolina license (or willingness to obtain)
• BLS
• DEA
