Your expertise and knowledge will be invaluable as you assist customers with their various needs, from resolving parts or equipment issues to delivering high-quality parts and solutions in a timely fashion. To excel in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of our product offerings, consistently achieve sales goals, and possess exceptional problem-solving skills. Taking ownership of the order management process will also be crucial in ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. Embrace this opportunity to make a positive impact and be the go-to person for our valued customers! **What you will do:*** Provide support to customers and find the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.* Partners with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add on extensions.* Process customer orders and respond to inquiries, questions or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and future sales.* Keep current on knowledge of Trane Products, offerings, and promotions in order to provide a premier customer experience and drive sales.* Interact with customers both on the phone and in person.* Executes quote and order management processes with high level of accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery – entering quotes and invoices and follow through on fulfillment.* Assists with warehouse/inventory management work as needed.* Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required. **What you will bring:*** H.S.
