- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning duties are completed to client specifications and within set timeframes.
- Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks as required, such as carpet cleaning and window washing.
- Track and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning to the supervisor.
- Maintain a client-focused approach, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction at every visit.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a residential or commercial cleaning role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of various cleaning products and their safe use.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
