We are seeking motivated and skilled Plumbers and Electricians to join our dynamic residential remodeling team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and electrical systems across various construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that building infrastructure is safe, efficient, and compliant with all regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from maintenance to remodeling, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver high-quality results. If youre experienced in residential settings, your hands-on approach and problem-solving abilities will be essential to our success. Responsibilities:
- Assist with residential remodeling projects (kitchens, bathrooms, basements, etc.)
- Handle basic to intermediate plumbing (fixtures, faucets, drains, toilets, rough-ins)
- Handle electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting, fans, breakers)
- Complete punch lists and small repair jobs
- Maintain a clean, safe job site and communicate clearly with the team
- Experience in residential remodeling (required)
- Plumbing and/or electrical experience (not master level, but confident)
- Own basic tools and have reliable transportation
- Ability to read and follow work orders/instructions
- Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and punctuality
- Steady work on ongoing remodeling projects
