Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation
Promote resident dignity, safety, and comfort
Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
What We’re Looking For
Active LPN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
Experience in nursing homes, rehab centers, or assisted living preferred
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
Commitment to excellence in resident care
