Our client is looking for a skilled Assembler to join the team in a full-time, direct-hire role. You'll perform precision assembly and testing while working to military and aerospace quality standards, helping create critical components that make a real impact.

Assembler Job Duties:

• Perform assigned assembly tasks involving subassemblies and completed assemblies
• Perform electrical, low-voltage, and functional testing on complex components and systems
• Identify and report any issues that may impact product quality or work accuracy to the lead or supervisor.
• Ability to ensure all paperwork is completed appropriately

Schedule: Monday - Friday + overtime available

• 1st shift: 5:00am-1:30pm
• 2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm (includes $2 shift differential)

Assembler Requirements:

• 2+ years of small component and mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with valves & hydraulic components
• Ability to interpret production or engineering prints
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High School diploma or GED
