Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year + commission
Location: Remote
Position Summary
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will support the recruiting needs of RCM Health Care Services by sourcing and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals for positions across the organization. This role will partner with hiring managers and the sales and operations team to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both exempt and non-exempt positions. The ideal candidate will have full-cycle recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and healthcare recruiting experience, including Health Information Management, preferred. Responsibilities
Schedule / Shift

• Shift details: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
• Hours per week: Full-time
• Contract length: Direct Hire

Key Duties

• Source and recruit qualified Medical Coding, Health Information Management, Revenue Cycle, and other healthcare professionals through job boards, social media, outside resources, and other sourcing strategies.
• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process, including reviewing applicants, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and supporting candidates through the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to clarify hiring specifications, develop sourcing strategies, and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and status updates in the applicant tracking system and prepare weekly recruiting reports outlining open positions and pipeline activity.
• Support the onboarding process and participate in recruiting-related special projects, process improvements, research, and external search firm management as needed.

Requirements
Education

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)

Licenses & Certifications

• No specific license or certification required.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting and/or sales experience required.
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred
• Health Information Management recruiting highly preferred, but not required.

Skills

• Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and hiring teams.
• Strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills; strong phone skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
• Proficiency with job boards, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet-based recruiting tools.
