Shift Details: 4x10's (0700-1730) Prior IR Experience with Neuro Thrombectomies REQUIRED On Call 10-12 shifts per schedule(Schedule is 4 weeks) with 3-4 weekend on call shifts included in the 10-12 shifts per schedule, Overnight and Weekends, Rotating Patient Age group: Adolescents Adults Geriatrics Documentation: Sunrise Allscripts, McKesson, SBAR Certifications: ACLS, BLS NIHSS Skills: Interventional Radiology Special Procedures Angioplasty Gastrostomy Tube Placement Paracentesis Percutanteous Hepatic Angiography TIPS (Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt) Nephrostomy Renal Angiography Renal Artery Stent Placement Uterine Arterial Embolization Chest Tube Placement Lung Biopsy Pulmonary Angiography Pulmonary Embolization Thoracentesis Angioplasty Central Venous Access/Port Placement Dialysis Graft Creation/Revision Dialysis Graft Interventional Endovascular Interventions Stent Graft Placement SVC/IVC Venograph Thoracic Aortography Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography Antihypertensives Emergency Medications Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring Thrombolytics Starting IVs Activated Clotting Time (ACT) Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias Monitoring Procedural Sedation Pressure Ulcer Assessment/Prevention Radiation and Laser Safety Sheath Removal and Monitoring Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose) Ventilator Monitoring RTO MUST BE SUBMITTED AT TIME OF SUBMITTAL
