HOUSEKEEPER (PART TIME)

Position Part‑time Housekeeper – Marshfield Medical Center Ladysmith (1200 Port Arthur Road, Ladysmith, WI 54848). Online applications only. Schedule Rotating shifts: 7:00 am–3:30 pm and 3:30 pm–12:00 am, including weekends. Days may vary; details provided during interview. Pay $18.00–$21.00 per hour. Job Summary Performs light cleaning duties to maintain hospital facilities in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide quality customer service with attention to detail. Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors. Vacuum carpets, rugs and draperies. Shampoo carpets, rugs and upholstery. Dust and polish furniture and fittings. Clean metal fixtures and fittings. Empty and clean trash containers; dispose of trash sanitary. Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers. Wipe down glass surfaces. Make beds and change linens as required. Realign furniture and amenities per layout. Respond to guest queries and requests. Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills and broken glasses. Contribute to team efforts; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow associates and others. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience preferred, but not required. Willingness to learn and follow cleaning protocols. Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends. Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation. Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb, stand for extended periods, and perform cleaning tasks.
