Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic neuro/musculoskeletal conditions to restore mobility and independence
• Develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's goals and progress
• Provide specialized rehabilitation in orthopedic, sports, neurological, stroke, balance, and spinal therapy
• Collaborate with a dynamic rehab team to ensure the best outcomes for every patient
• Travel to multiple points of care within the Samaritan system, expanding your clinical experience

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license (must be active)
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification (BLS/BCLS accepted)
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Must be willing to travel to multiple care locations as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in evaluating and treating neuro/musculoskeletal conditions
• Proficient in Point Click EMR system
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation protocols
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different care environments
