Develop visual materials such as graphics, presentations, and videos to effectively communicate solutions, product roadmaps, and company capabilitiesIdentify opportunities, analyze potential tools and best practices, and help implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, quality, and organizational efficiencySupport invention disclosure, prior-art research, patent documentation, and coordination with inventors and intellectual-property counselFacilitate coordination with Manufacturing Innovation Institutes, technology and supply chain partners, research and development organizations, and project stakeholders on collaborative effortsRequired SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and present engaging content for diverse audiencesProven organizational ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and follow through on deliverablesAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint)QualificationsBachelor's degree in an engineering or manufacturing-related field3 or more years of relevant professional experience required - exceptional candidates with substantial internship, co-op, or research experience will be consideredDemonstrated experience synthesizing information, conceptualizing solutions, and developing technical content for engineering, business, and government stakeholdersFamiliarity with federal research and development programs and funding mechanismsFamiliarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systemInterest or experience in emerging technologies, including robotics, IoT, augmented/virtual reality (AR/VR), and artificial intelligence (AIAdditional InformationThis role is restricted to US persons (i.e., US citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 USC 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology.
