Full-Time Warehouse Associate (Night Shift)

Join a dynamic warehouse support team responsible for receiving, picking, staging, shipping, and inventory management in a distribution environment. Key Duties Include Verifying merchandise against shipments, inspecting for defects, and reporting discrepancies Stocking shelves and utilizing RF devices for inventory tasks Assembling customer orders, entering data into computer systems, and inspecting returned items Performing inventory counts, researching discrepancies, and assisting with inventory procedures Operating motorized equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks, with safety compliance Training new associates and performing related duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of related work experience with understanding of warehouse workflows Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English; basic math skills Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team, maintain a clean work environment, and use computer systems Physical ability to perform inventory tasks, operate equipment, and participate in physical inventory May require certification to operate power equipment and hazmat training Compensation & Benefits: Offers competitive pay, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits supporting wellness, personal growth, and family needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Coastal Elite Pro
