About the Position 

Blue Grass Airport seeks a passionate individual in the field of customer service to join our front-line Guest Services team. This position welcomes both seasoned and first-time flyers to our campus and assists them with any questions they may have regarding tickets, security, transportation, parking, or schedules. Shifts are completed in the front lobby, administrative offices, and in our executive club. Strong candidates will demonstrate a proactive personality, an aptitude to work with multiline phone systems, and fundamental computer processing skills. Knowledge of Lexington and the surrounding area is desirable.

Compensation

This is a part-time position beginning at $16.00/hour. Employees who work shifts that begin at or before 5am are eligible for a $1/hour shift differential. Raises are based on annual performance appraisals.

Schedule

We are hiring one part-time position with the following weekly schedules:

1. Sunday and Friday 12:00pm - 7:30pm at the Information Center 

Occasional opportunities to cover additional shifts throughout the week do occur.
