If you're passionate about making a difference and eager to grow with us, come work at ACU and help shape the future of our community!!What You'll Do:Help credit union members with transactions in a friendly way - in person or by phoneHandle various transactions and providing expert guidance to our membersBecome the go-to expert on teller transaction codes and check cashingManage accounts with the utmost attention to detailTake charge of issuing, reissuing, or hot carding ATM cards/Visa Debit cardsAssist members with any issues related to unauthorized use of ATM/Visa debit cardsBalance daily transactions and cash totals with accuracy, efficiency, and timelinessShowcase effective oral and written communication with all credit union employeesAttend monthly staff meetings and actively participating in assigned training sessionsBranch HoursMonday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pmThe Pay Range:$20.05 - $30.80.Our compensation structure is designed to accommodate candidates with diverse levels of expertise and experience, offering opportunities for growth over time. An applicant with the minimum six months of financial institution experience (to include new accounts) can expect to start at $20.05 per hour.
