Senior Technical Designer

We're looking for a Senior Technical Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. You'll own the process of bringing creative vision to life through precise, production-ready specs, ensuring every style meets our quality standards across woven, knit, and sweater categories. In this role, you'll work closely with and mentor our junior Technical Designer, sharing knowledge and building a strong, collaborative technical team. Responsibilites Lead fittings independently, making real-time decisions on fit, construction, and grading Build and maintain detailed tech packs and garment specs across multiple categories Measure and evaluate garments against spec, identifying and communicating issues clearly Partner directly with overseas factories on fit comments, construction callouts, and approval status Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure technical feasibility from the start Maintain and update measurement charts, size specs, and grading across a full size run Drive calendars and keep development on track across multiple styles simultaneously Guide and support the junior Technical Designer day to day, helping to grow their skills and technical knowledge Requirements 3–5 years of technical design experience across wovens, knits, and sweaters Strong technical knowledge of garment construction Proven ability to run fittings confidently and independently Experience communicating directly with factories and writing clear, actionable fit comments Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Excel / Google Sheets Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple styles and deadlines at once A collaborative, patient approach with a genuine interest in mentoring and developing others You’ll be part of a globally recognized brand with a passionate community, collaborating closely with a tight‑knit team to shape the next stage of growth.
