Psychiatrist

Job Summary We are seeking an Adult Psychiatrist for the Behavioral Health Service Line at Westchester Medical Center located in Valhalla, New York. The role includes providing care to patients, supervising residents, and evaluating patients for admission via telemedicine. The successful candidate should have a track record of strong clinical accomplishments and an interest in teaching and/or working in an academic environment. Qualifications Completed training in General Psychiatry Board certified in Adult Psychiatry Possess or be fully eligible for a New York State medical license Location Valhalla, NY, which is nestled in beautiful Westchester County. The area is complemented by excellent schools, shops, restaurants, and gently rolling hills with large areas of open land, including numerous public parks. The town features a pool, community center, and a 40‑slip marina. It is 40 minutes north of New York City and offers year‑round outdoor and recreational opportunities along the Hudson River, including picnicking, fishing, boating, kayaking, and hiking.
