Job Title

Operating Room Registered Nurse

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating Shift | 4x10 Schedule | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an operating room setting across a rotating schedule including weekdays and weekends
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties for orthopedic and neurological surgical procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation, including every 4th–5th weekend and one weeknight per week
• Maintain compliance with facility performance expectations throughout the duration of the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Prior operating room experience required
• Demonstrated experience in orthopedic surgical procedures
• Demonstrated experience in neurological surgical procedures
• Level 1 or Level 2 trauma OR experience required
• Ability to fulfill on-call requirements including weekends and weeknights

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity or trauma-designated surgical environment
• Strong adaptability and ability to perform consistently across varying case types and volumes
