Customer Service Representative

Pay: $20/hour

Temporary: August 24 - September 18, 2026

Work Schedule: Full-time hours the week of August 24 for training; then part-time, 8a - 1p, M-F, with flexible start/end times if needed

Our client is looking for a temporary employee to assist with interacting with customers via phone, in-person, and via email. You will be responsible for providing helpful information, answering questions, responding to complaints, and ensuring accuracy of customer orders.

Essential Job Duties:

Front office: Answer phones, handle mailings, welcome visitors to portray a good image for the company
Transfer calls to the appropriate personnel
Handle customer inquiries regarding products
Process purchase orders and invoices
Request replenishment of office supplies as needed

High School Diploma or GED
One year customer service experience
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency working in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Background check
