The Role

Your role
As an AI Innovation Lab Event Coordinator, you will plan and deliver customer experiences for visitors at the AI Innovation Lab that create clear, measurable engagement with target audiences and support demand generation goals. This role focuses on turning site visits into well executed experiences, working closely with technical, experience, content, digital, and sales teams to ensure visits are aligned to priorities and follow through is clear and actionable. You will balance planning and execution, with hands on ownership of logistics, coordination, and performance tracking.

What you will do
•Plan, coordinate, and deliver site visits and events including in person, virtual, and hybrid formats
•Translate customer visit and event objectives into plans with defined audiences, goals, timelines, and success measures
•Manage event logistics such as vendor coordination, registration workflows, speaker support, and run of show
•Partner with account, technical, and user experience teams to align messaging before, during, and after visits or events
•Support promotion and follow up activities to ensure visits and events drive measurable engagement and pipeline contribution
•Track visits and event performance, capture insights, and document outcomes to inform future planning
•Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and status updates so stakeholders understand progress and next steps
•Ensure brand guidelines and customer experience standards are consistently applied across all visits and events

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

•Experience supporting or delivering marketing events, webinars, or experiential programs
•Ability to manage multiple event workstreams at the same time using clear plans and priorities
•Experience coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver events on schedule
•Comfort working with event metrics such as attendance, engagement, and follow up actions
•Strong attention to detail in logistics, timelines, and execution
•Ability to document plans, outcomes, and learnings in a clear and structured way

Preferred skills and experience

•Experience supporting campaign or events marketing programs in a B2B environment
•Familiarity with virtual event platforms and registration tools
•Experience collaborating with sales or demand teams on post event follow up
•Background in hospitality, marketing, or a related field

Must be willing to work at the client site 3-5 days weekly.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $100,080 to $190,080 based on a full-time schedule.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California (San Francisco Bay Area): $120,120 to $228,000

California (All Other): $110,040 to $209,040

Colorado: $100,080 to $190,080

Massachusetts: $100,080 to $209,040

New York City: $120,120 to $228,000

Washington: $110,040 to $209,040

Washington DC: $110,040 to $209,040

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
