Product Manager, Digital Tech Support
Intuitive Surgical
Intuitive Surgical seeks a Product Manager for Digital Technical Support to lead service innovation strategy and software solutions for the global DTS team. The role involves market research, stakeholder collaboration, and developing roadmaps that align customer needs with business objectives in a medical device support context.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to drive DTS innovation and ensure scalable, customer-centric support capabilities
- Translate customer feedback, market research, and insights into service roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Develop user and product requirements for service solutions and software
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve service delivery software and customer experience
- Conduct market research and engage with DTS teams during product launches to gather and prioritize feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in product management, digital support, software engineering, or related field
- Experience with continuous improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies
- Demonstrated data-driven decision making and critical thinking skills
- Cross-functional team leadership experience launching key initiatives
- Proficiency building business cases with qualitative and quantitative data
- Exceptional written and verbal communication for diverse audiences and leadership levels
- Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA preferred
