Bilingual Patient Coordinator - (English / Spanish)

Job Summary We are seeking a front desk Patient Coordinator for Sager Creek Pediatrics located in Siloam Springs, AR. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English). Must have strong computer skills, excellent communication, organizational ability, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Some experience working in a healthcare setting strongly preferred. The schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Responsibilities Provides exceptional customer service during all aspects of a patient visit to Community Clinic. Responds to and directs incoming patient calls in a timely and courteous manner, maintaining professionalism and providing exceptional customer service. Ensures patient information is entered into the electronic medical record (EMR) accurately and updated regularly for all patients. Ensures patient payments are collected, posted correctly to accounts, and collections are balanced daily. Schedules patient appointments Maintains a clean and orderly work environment Assists as requested by provider in procedures and examinations within guidelines of certification and/or training. Translates written and verbal communication between patient and providers, nurses or ancillary staff, as requested by either the patient or staff and as skills allow. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual Spanish/English is required. Previous customer service experience is required. Ability to use Microsoft Office software Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people of all backgrounds. Why Join Community Clinic?
