Remote Construction Procurement Category Lead

CenturyLink/Lumen is looking for a Procurement Category Manager to support Network Construction procurement, specifically outside plant services such as locates and flagging. The role is remote, collaborating across internal teams and an executive audience.

The position emphasizes spend analysis, supplier onboarding, RFX coordination, and contract execution to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. Requires 2–4 years in construction procurement and solid Excel and SAP/Ariba experience.
