Qualifications:

• Active Illinois SLP license and current certifications required
• SLP-CCC credential
• Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language services preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 elementary students

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to STARS elementary students
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary specialists
• Fulfill a full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:45 am–4:00 pm with 30-minute lunch
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines
