Storage Post is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at one our Elizabeth self-storage location.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. You’ll play a key part in maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient facility while delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
Assist with rentals, lease documentation, and customer account management
Follow up on leads and support rental activity
Complete daily walkthroughs, lock checks, and operational tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility (interior and exterior)
Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Support nearby locations as needed
Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in line with company procedures
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or property operations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proven reliability and ability to follow established processes consistently
Comfortable working independently and staying on task
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, systems)
Willingness to perform cleaning and light maintenance duties
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
