About the Role We do not require a previous background in the insurance industry. Our new Agents often come from real estate, retail sales, education, coaching, and other fields. Responsibilities Meet new people, develop contacts, and become known in the community. Serve the community with a passion for helping people. Grow sales, business, and networking skills. Control your own income and build a business. Meet sales requirements and core business proficiencies. Optionally manage staff for administrative duties and sales support. Qualifications Motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Skilled capacity for communicating with clients in a sales atmosphere. Sales experience and a degree with business courses is helpful but not required. Ready to build a foundation through in‑house and virtual training. Desire to be a business owner.
