We are looking for a Shop Operator 2nd shift located in Broken Arrow, OK supporting our Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) business. What You Will Do: Assemble and repair products such as pumps and motors, following defined work instructions, and using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment Prepare and Coat surfaces of manufactured parts, assemblies, and finished products with protective materials (e.g. coating material, paint, varnish, blast) Use hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times Contribute to the departments continuous improvement culture Some minor welding (if qualified) Minimum Qualifications: This safety-sensitive role may be subject to employer or customer drug testing Read, understand and speak English Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as required Pre-Employment requirements Drug screen Background Check Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
