Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A specialty pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist for a 13+ week contract at a Walker, MN location. This role involves a mix of retail and long-term care pharmacy duties, providing an excellent opportunity to apply diverse skills in a dynamic environment.
Location:
- Walker, Minnesota
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Rotating weekends
Responsibilities:
- Perform long-term care and retail pharmacy duties
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Counsel patients on medication usage and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota pharmacist license
- Recent experience as a pharmacist in retail or long-term care settings
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
