Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Educator Certification

• Ability to adapt lesson plans to diverse learning needs and implement IEP goals
• Strong classroom management and organizational abilities

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to students with autism, focusing on both academic and social-emotional growth
• Develop and adapt lesson plans in alignment with IEP objectives and state standards
• Collaborate closely with paraprofessionals, therapists, and related service providers
• Communicate progress and challenges with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in case conferences and meetings as needed to support student success
• Uphold documentation requirements, monitor student progress, and adjust strategies accordingly
