Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated Interim System Director of Pharmacy to lead both hospital and retail pharmacy operations. This role is crucial in expanding the hospital's ambulatory infusion services and optimizing the 340B drug pricing program.

As the Interim System Director of Pharmacy, you will:

• Assume full legal and operational responsibility for pharmacy licenses, ensuring compliance with Montana Board of Pharmacy rules and standards.
• Oversee pharmacy personnel management, including scheduling, clinical assignments, and mentorship.
• Manage operational and capital budgets, monitor drug spend, and collaborate with the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
• Ensure adherence to USP standards across compounding environments.
• Lead the implementation of new 340B TPA software and oversee contract pharmacy management.
• Partner with teams to ensure regulatory compliance in the expansion of compounding cleanrooms.
• Design efficient clinical workflows for medication delivery and optimize revenue cycle coordination.

Requirements for this role include:

• Active and unencumbered Pharmacist License from the Montana Board of Pharmacy or eligibility for immediate licensure.
• Minimum of 5 years of hospital pharmacy leadership experience in an acute care setting.
• Proven expertise in managing a 340B program and overseeing sterile compounding infusion center expansions.
• Need 2 years experience in setting.
