Understand what is takes to get the job done right. Learn from experience as well as from those who have experience. What you can expect Flexible hours that meet your needs. Crew referral program - any existing crew person get $50 if they refer someone that refers another crew person who averages 20 hours/week and stays for 90 days. After 5 years of service, crew receive an extra week's pay on their anniversary date. Medical insurance available after 90 days.
