Job Title

Job Overview: Pay Range: $30.62hr - $35.62hr

Responsible for supporting program and project management activities, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.

Works closely with stakeholders to track deliverables, monitor performance, and support remediation and notification processes

Requirement/Must Have

• Associates degree in a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an analytical role using databases and spreadsheet tools.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing data.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of programming concepts and database structures.
• Experience with reporting tools and system operations.

Experience

• Experience in program or project management support.
• Experience working with data analytics and reporting platforms.
• Experience in utility industry or similar environments preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems or analytical tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support program management activities and track project deliverables.
• Analyze data and provide insights to support decision making.
• Gather and interpret program performance data for reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor workflows and ensure compliance with timelines and standards.
• Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain data accuracy and perform data cleanup activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports.
• Serve as a technical resource for compliance and remediation processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Should Have

• Bachelors degree in a related field.
• Experience with Power BI and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of scheduling processes and compliance standards.
• Understanding of transmission and distribution systems.
