Program Finance Analyst

Program Finance Analyst Leidos is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Western Service Center (WSC). This onsite role is located in Renton, Washington. Responsibilities Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and cost estimation for Task Orders. Analyze actual costs, budget variances, and estimate at completion (EAC). Prepare monthly financial statements and Task Order close‑outs. Validate invoice expenses and resolve discrepancies. Track Task Order funding balances and update internal financial databases. Review travel and training authorizations for accuracy and maintain funding spreadsheets. Validate employee charges, time, travel, and other direct cost expenses. Track expense reports through approval process. Assist with new employee onboarding, training, and orientation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with less than 2 years of experience. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance Suitability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical, data collection, reporting, and presentation skills. Compensation Pay range: $59,150.00 - $106,925.00. Actual salary will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors.
