Hiring Welder/Fabricators – Full Time | Henderson, CO | 1st Shift: 5am–3:30pm

Join a high-performing fabrication team in a spacious 100,000 sq. ft. facility supporting air and gas compression and conditioning packages across the U.S. and abroad. About the Role:

As a Welder/Fabricator, you'll perform a wide range of welding tasks and fabrication duties based on customer drawings, prints, and specifications. Depending on project needs, welding may make up anywhere from 10% to 90% of your day. You'll position and assemble components using jigs, fixtures, and measuring tools, while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and high-quality workmanship.

Job Description:

• Perform MIG and dual-shield welding according to customer drawings and specifications
• Fabricate and assemble components using jigs, fixtures, guides, and measuring instruments
• Read and interpret blueprints and piping diagrams
• Cut and thread pipe for various assemblies
• Engage in grinding, prep, layout, touch-up paint, and bracketing
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards
• Operate hand tools and shop equipment efficiently

Skills/Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of MIG welding experience
• Proficiency with MIG and dual-shield welding
• Ability to fabricate directly from prints and blueprints
• Plate welding experience
• Stainless-steel experience and production fitting
• Flux Core welding experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with ASME standards (preferred)
• Tube bending and conduit work experience (preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and shop versatility (preferred)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–3:30pm
• Large, clean 100,000 sq. ft. facility in Henderson, Colorado
• Standing for extended periods
• Lifting/moving up to 50 lbs
• Squatting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and overhead reaching

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henderson, CO.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
