This is an excellent opportunity for a provider seeking meaningful work, professional collaboration, and the chance to make a lasting impact in a close-knit rural community.Position Overview: The Advanced Practice Provider will work collaboratively with primary care providers and Medical Directors to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care across the lifespan. Services include health promotion, disease and injury prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of common acute and chronic conditions.Pines Health Services offers a competitive benefits package.
