Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med-Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: Med-Surg experience Description: Weekly Monday Orientations. Unit profile includes a floor designated for Med-Surg patients. The position involves a minimum of 5 years of experience. The nurse will be required to float to different units as needed. The patient population includes adult and geriatric patients. The nurse will work with an Electronic Health Record system. There is a supervisor overseeing the unit. A nurse in this role should be a team player and willing to take ownership of their position. The dress code requires wearing royal blue scrubs. No unacceptable attire is specified. Common diagnoses and treatments in this specialty area may be expected.
