- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians

- Accurately complete installation reports and service records

- Ensure all work meets regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician License Required
- Proven experience in residential electrical installation and service
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks
