Restaurant General Manager

This position is offered through a Taco Bell franchisee. The Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager leads the team, establishes the work environment tone, and upholds customer hospitality. The role oversees operation of the entire restaurant, building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include hiring and developing employees, conducting new hire orientation, creating training plans, scheduling and deploying the team, addressing performance issues, assisting with customer issue resolution, and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans. Requirements and Essential Functions High School Diploma or GED, College or University Degree preferred 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility Basic computer literacy; strong preferred Strong preference for internal promotion from Assistant General Manager Must be at least 21 years old Must pass background check criteria Must have reliable transportation Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision‑making skills Ability to perform physical tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs, stooping, and cleaning parking lot and grounds Pay range: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
