The work is performed in low and high traffic areas exposed to the elements.Facility Location: 11101 Decker Lake Rd, Austin, TX 78724Job Duties: Setting up safe work zones with proper equipment Communicating with your partner to keep everyone safe Controlling traffic flow with stop/slow paddles Providing outstanding service and protection to customers Receiving continuous development and guidance to turn an entry level opportunity into a long-term career Assists Field Supervisors in job setups and pick-ups Assists as a flagger on Flagging projects Assists in the cleanup of the Yard and WarehouseQualificationsCompetencies:Able to follow instructions and directions. Able to communicate effectively with the Supervisor in turn.
